To return or get a refund on an unwanted item within the 30-day period, follow the steps below:
My parcel contains a returns label:
- Follow instructions on the returns label
- Post item back to the address listed.
- Once received a refund will be processed, monies will be back in your account within 7 days.
I have no returns label:
- Go to “Order Help”
- Fill in the relevant details
- You will need to provide the order ID number, along with your name and order email address.
- A customer service representative will send you your returns label.
- Post item back to the address listed within 14 days
- Once received a refund will be processed, monies will be back in your account within 7 days.
Refunds on delivery charges:
Delivery charge refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Usually if the item is returned within the first 14 days original delivery charges paid will be refunded. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on Charity Product Purchases. Replacements can be sent if lost or damaged in the post.
Return delivery charges will not be refunded.
