Delivery Information
The delivery options, pricing and timeframes for each product are listed on the relevant product pages with the delivery & returns tab. In some cases for more complex or custom designs a “lead time to ship” will be indicated on the product page. This figure indicates the maximum days from order date until the order will be shipped.
When an order is shipped, a shipment email is sent to the email address associated to the order.
Standard delivery
Our standard delivery time-frame is approximately 3-5 working days. Items should be received within 7 days.
Next day delivery
Some items are able to be shipped next day delivery, this will be displayed on the product page and in checkout.
Pre order items
The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page – the item will be dispatched to you on this date.
Location
The regions offered for a product will be within the Delivery & returns tab on the product page, when you enter a postcode at checkout we will confirm that it can be delivered. We are unable to deliver to international locations.
